Getting started
From an empty screen to a signed contract in about ten minutes.
How do I create my first project?
Open Projects in your console and tap + Add project. Enter the client’s name, the address, and a short scope of work. That’s it, the project exists, and you can start adding photos and documents right away.
How does my client get an account?
Inside the project, open Client and tap Invite. Enter their email. They get a one-time link, set a password, check the consent boxes, and land on their project. Working next to them on-site? You can re-send the invite or trigger a password reset, you never see or set their password.
How do I send something to sign?
In Documents, tap New document, pick a type, and fill in the body, use {client_name}, {address}, and {price} and they fill themselves in. Send it, and your client’s Documents tab shows a red dot until they sign. If a deposit is attached, their very next screen after signing is Pay Deposit.
Is an on-screen signature legally binding?
Yes. Your client consents to sign electronically at sign-up. Each signature is flattened into the PDF with the signer’s typed legal name, timestamp, and IP address, then the file is locked, a signed document can never be edited, only superseded by a new addendum.
