Which plan should I pick?

If you do the work yourself or run a small crew, Platform is everything you need. If you hire and manage subcontractors — and need to track their insurance, W-9s, and 1099s — choose General Contractor. You can upgrade from inside your account anytime.

Are there processing fees?

Card and ACH fees are set by Stripe and come out of the payment, the same as any processor — and they go through your own account. Servora doesn't add a markup.

Do I pay per client or per project?

No. Clients and projects are unlimited on both plans. You only pay more if you add employee seats beyond the first five.

What happens if I cancel?

Your workspace switches to read-only for 90 days so nothing is lost, and you can export all of your data — clients, documents, payments — the entire time.
