Built to run without you

Your business shouldn't need you every day.

Everything your company runs on — contracts, changes, schedules, payments — in one place your crew and your clients can both reach. So the work can happen without you in the middle of it.

Sound familiar?

It's 9pm. You're rebuilding a bid from a voicemail and three photos.

The change he agreed to on the phone? Nothing signed.

You said no to the biggest job of the year — because you couldn't carry it.

None of that is a work-ethic problem.

Here's the part nobody tells you

A business that only lives in your head can't be handed to anyone.

Not a foreman. Not an office manager. Not your kid. You're the bottleneck — not because you're doing it wrong, but because everything routes through you, your truck, and four hundred text threads.

Put it all in one place, and you stop being the only way anything happens.

How it actually goes

Six minutes on the tailgate.

4:12pm
You build the bid on the tailgate.Pick the work, set the price, hit send — from the truck, before you pull off the job.
4:18pm
He signs it in the driveway.A link on his phone. No app, no account. Name, timestamp and IP stamped into the PDF, locked.
4:19pm
The deposit is in your account. He taps Pay. The money lands in your bank, the receipt files itself on both sides.

Nobody else in this business tells time. That's the difference.

Every job is a folder — contracts, photos, invoices and messages, filed by themselves.

Your side: the whole business organized like the folders on your computer.

He stops calling to ask what's happening. That's not a feature. That's your evening back.

When it goes sideways

The conversation you never have to have again.

A dispute used to be your word against his. Now every job quietly builds its own evidence file — and you just open it.

Every signature, stamped

Name, timestamp, and IP flattened into the PDF and locked. If it's ever questioned, you have the record.

Every payment, a receipt

Card, ACH, or a check you record by hand — each one files its own receipt into both sides' documents.

Every action, logged

"Viewed the contract 3 times, signed March 4 at 2:14 PM." That sentence ends the argument.

You'll open it once every three years. The one time you need it, it's worth every month you paid.

Getting paid

Your money. Your account. Your rules.

We never touch your money. Payments run through your Stripe account, straight to your bank — we don't hold it and we don't take a cut of it.

Card & ACH to your bank

Connect your own Stripe in two minutes. Clients tap Pay; deposits and progress draws land with you.

Or collect your own way

Square, Zelle, or a paper check? Record-only mode still gives you numbered invoices and receipts.

Deposits before the crew rolls

Ask for the deposit up front, and let automatic reminders have the "check's in the mail" conversation for you.

Two ways to run it

So — which one are you?

When you need more than software

We've run these businesses. We'll help you with the hard parts too.

Consulting

Twenty minutes with an operator who's actually run one. The ranked answer, in writing, after.

Government contracts

Set up to bid on public work — the registration done right, then help chasing the first bids.

Custom software

Need something bespoke? You're standing in the proof — we built this platform, we can build yours.

Questions, answered

The things people ask us first.

Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They get a link, open it in any phone browser, and sign or pay. They can add it to their home screen if they want — but nothing is required.
I've been burned by "all-in-one" software before.
Fair. Most of it is a weekend of setup and a manual nobody reads. Servora seeds a sample job so you can see it working in minutes, and a 2-minute setup wizard gets you live. If it isn't for you, cancel — your data exports the whole time.
What if I don't take credit cards?
Switch to record-only mode. The portal still creates numbered invoices, deposits, and receipts — you collect however you already do (Square, Zelle, check) and tap "record payment."
Is my data locked in?
Never. Export your clients, projects, documents, and payments any time. If you cancel, your workspace stays read-only for 90 days so you can pull everything out.
Is this only for big crews?
No — it's built for solo operators too. Every plan includes up to 5 seats; add employees in blocks of 5 only when you grow. General contractors who manage subs get a dedicated tier.
Where does the payment money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, not ours. You connect your bank in two minutes and payments land with you — we never touch your customers' money.
