For general contractors

Run your subs like a pro, not a group chat.

Recruiting vendors, chasing insurance, collecting bids, remembering who's on site Tuesday. It lives in your phone and your head until a ball gets dropped. Servora puts the whole vendor side of your business in one place, so you can take on the big job without drowning in the moving pieces.

$99.99/mo. Unlimited vendors and free vendor logins. Cancel anytime.

What you get

Four tools that replace the spreadsheet, the group text, and the sticky notes.

01

A real vendor directory

Every company you work with in one list: contact, trades, service area, insurance and COI expiry, W-9, rating, notes. Not tied to a job, always there when you need someone.

02

Vendor applications

Drop one link in an ad, a text, or on your site. Companies apply to work with you, and land in your directory as applicants. Approve the ones you want with a tap, and they get their own login.

03

A bid board

Post a job with a scope and a date. Your vendors submit a price and their availability. You see every bid side by side with the company's full record, then award it in one click.

04

Phased project timelines

Break the build into phases, assign vendors to each, and schedule who's on site when. Every company sees only their piece, their scope, their dates, their pay. Never your whole plan.

The way it flows

From "I need a crew" to "they're scheduled."

  1. RecruitSend your apply link to every company in your area, or add them yourself.
  2. ApproveReview applicants, check their insurance and trades, approve the keepers into your directory.
  3. Post the workList a scope on the bid board. Set a date, or leave it open and sort by who's available later.
  4. AwardCompare bids and availability in one view. Award the job and the vendor is pinned to your project.
  5. Run itLay out the phases, assign each vendor, and everyone sees exactly their slice of the timeline.

Who it's for

Your first multi-vendor job, or your hundredth.

Whether you're a solo operator taking on your first project with four companies on site, or you already juggle a hundred, the system is the same. It scales with the job instead of falling apart when it gets big.

Simple pricing

$99.99/month

Straight answers

What GCs ask first.

Do my vendors pay anything?
No. Vendor logins are free and unlimited. Your $99.99 covers your whole company. Each vendor can even add up to 5 of their own crew as viewers, at no cost.
What does a vendor see?
Only the phases you assign them: their scope, their schedule, their pay, and the documents you ask them to upload. Never your client, never your pricing, never your other vendors.
Do I have to use the bid board?
No. If you already know who you're using, add them to a phase and skip bidding entirely. The bid board is there when you want competition, not a required step.
Can I collect applications without an ad?
Yes. The apply link works anywhere: a text, an email blast, a QR code on a sign, or embedded on your own website.
Does it track insurance?
Yes. Each vendor record holds their COI and expiration date and warns you before it lapses. You still review the coverage yourself, but nothing expires unnoticed.
Is this separate software from the contractor platform?
No. It's the General Contractor plan of Servora. You get the vendor tools plus the entire platform, one login, one bill.
