Policies
Effective 2026-07-01
These Terms govern your use of Servora (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must give accurate information and be authorized to act for the business you register. One workspace represents one business ("tenant"); your data is isolated from other tenants.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose (monthly or annual). A payment method is required to activate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; see the cancellation terms below.
If you cancel, your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days so you can export everything, after which it may be deleted. You can export your data at any time while active.
We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these Terms; material changes are announced and, where consent is required, re-requested. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We collect only what we need to run the Service for you.
To provide the Service, process payments (through Stripe), send transactional email, prevent abuse, and maintain the tamper-evident paper trail. We do not sell your data.
Service providers who help us operate, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and cloud hosting (Cloudflare), under agreements that limit them to those purposes. We disclose data if required by law.
You can access, export, or request deletion of your data. Some records (e.g. signed documents and payment receipts) may be retained where required for legal or tax reasons.

By signing documents in Servora, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA.
Effective 2026-07-01
You agree to receive account and project communications electronically, including notifications about documents to sign, invoices, receipts, and messages from your contractor.

These terms cover payments made through the Service.
By activating a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method the recurring plan fee (plus any seat add-ons) on your chosen interval until you cancel. Failed payments may lead to a read-only workspace and, after a grace period, cancellation.
When a client pays an invoice by card or ACH, the funds are processed by Stripe and settle to the contractor's own connected account, Servora does not hold or take a cut of your customers' payments. Card and ACH processing fees are set by Stripe. Refunds are issued by the contractor through the Service.
Contractors may instead collect payment outside the Service (check, Zelle, Square, etc.) and record it manually. In that case the Service produces the invoice, numbering, and receipt, but does not process the payment.
Effective 2026-07-01
To accept card and ACH payments, contractors connect a Stripe account. By doing so:
